Exhibitor manual | Advanced Engineering

Welcome To the Exhibitor Operations Manual
For Advanced Engineering 2024

Advanced Engineering is taking place on 30 & 31 October 2024 at the NEC, Birmingham

This manual has been put together as a reference to use whilst planning for the event. Taking the time to read through now, will ensure that you are well prepared for the event and enable you to make the most out of your time onsite.

It is also important to ensure that you are familiar with all show and venue regulations and that these have been shared with any third party contractors you may be appointing to work for you on the event.

We look forward to working with you and seeing you at the show; however in the meantime, if you have any queries regarding your stand set up and your time on site, please feel free to contact ae_ops@easyfairs.com

Important Deadlines & Forms

Ensuring the health and safety of all participants at our event is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we kindly ask that you complete the Health & Safety form by September 18th, 2024, to provide us with essential information about your stand. This will help us to identify any potential hazards and ensure that the necessary precautions are taken to prevent any accidents or injuries from occurring.

In addition, completing the Health & Safety form will also help us to better understand the unique needs of your stand and make any necessary adjustments to accommodate these needs. This will help us to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.

For more information about the Health & Safety form and other important deadlines, please view our “Deadlines & Forms Checklist” page. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to working with you to create a successful and safe event for all.
